Workbenches
This is another of my concept design on a workbench, which is low in cost, solid, sturdy, and of a good size 155X70cm. The workbench has a heavy three layer 3/4 ply top with a tool well. Build with 2X4 frame with half lap joints and 4X4 legs. Also 2 side shelves for essentials, glues etc., and a clamp storage rack. There's sufficient space under the bench to build shelves or a drawer cabinet. There's a 30cm hangover for a front vise, and an optional 1/2" pipe clamp tail vise is also possible.
As seen on the video. Woodsmith's knock down workbench that goes anywhere. My size estimation was 80x60x83cm.
My concept design on an MFT style table. The tables body is entirely build from 3/4 plywood and the tops are of MDF with the work top been formica laminated. There's a swing up height adjustable circular saw guide rail (for a non slot circular saw base), a clamping low fence system with a flag stop, a fence attachable miter gauge system, and T-tracks on all sides.
Mobile Workshop Concept. My concept design of a mobile on the job workbench station. For sure is a bit more heavy than the plastic boxes, but still is possible and functionable when mounted on a foldable trolley. The foldable legs are made of steel water pipe.
